This is Where Filbo Registers
Sometimes (Or Rarely) Small decides that the Gooberverse needs new worlds that have a new function to the Motherload of Gomblelaya or new worlds that can have a totally new function or just another world for people to reside in.
For this, Small made a world for Filbo to register every event of a new change or a tweak in the Gooberverse, he calls it "Updates".
This world also works to inform Small and Filbo and to keep track of any changes that the Gooberverse goes through, so everything goes as planned and smooth.
This world, although made by the Universal Goverment of Gooberverse, and kept by the 3th Amendmenationification and also privately made by Secret Services like *REDACTED*, this world is still public for every resident or visitant. So feel free to know the updates, if you even care.
